Order Processing Guidelines
All orders placed have at least a 24 hour processing period. Orders are only processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day, with the exception of holidays. If your items are not in stock, we order from our vendors on Monday and Wednesday and ship on Wednesday and Friday. Multiple vendor orders may not be available for Next Day Air deliveries. If you required delivery by a specific date, please type that information in the Order Comment area and we will make every effort to accommodate your request and if that is not possible we will contact you via email.
Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail
We gladly accept orders via phone, fax or mail. Simply place the items you want in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. Complete the order form with all the billing, shipping and payment information, and then hit the Print button on your browser to print out the form. This does not submit any information over the Internet; it simply prints a copy of the information.
To complete your purchase by Fax – please fax the complete form to us and be sure to include a phone number and email address so that we may contact you with any questions. You can fax us 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 443-308-2143.

To complete your purchase by Mail – please note that we do not accept personal checks. Please send the completed form and a cashiers’ check or money order for the total including any shipping charges to us at JSC Corporation, P.O. Box 1330, Millersville, MD 21108.
